As an Event Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and execution of events. You will work closely with the Event Production Manager and the rest of the team to ensure that every detail is meticulously organized and executed flawlessly. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about event management, possesses exceptional organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
**In this role, you can look forward to**:
Assisting in all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, transportation coordination, equipment setup, and breakdown.
Collaborating with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure the timely delivery of services and goods required for events.
Being present at events to oversee logistics, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the smooth flow of the event.
Maintaining regular communication with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and address any concerns.
Helping manage event budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Working closely with the Event Production Manager and team members to provide administrative support, coordinate schedules, and contribute to event planning.
Maintaining event records, contracts, and related documents, and assist with post-event evaluations and reports.
Contributing creative ideas to enhance event experiences, including themes, decorations, and interactive elements.
Identifying potential issues in event planning and execution and work collaboratively to find solutions.
Adapt to changing circumstances and handle unforeseen challenges.
**Requirements**:
**Do you have**:
- Previous Production Assistant experience?
- Strong organizational and time management skills?
- Fluency in English and great interpersonal skills?
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)?
- Knowledge of any event management software?
- The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines?
- The flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by event schedules?
