We are looking for Leasing Executive (Arab female) with minimum 3 years of experience in UAE.
- Assist residents/tenants with day-to-day tasks.
- To prepare lease agreements and ensure timely renewal of the lease agreements for all available properties.
- Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals.
- Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically.
- Promote unoccupied properties through various media and advertising techniques.
- To review/ audit and verify residential lease agreements.
- Collect the cheques relating to the lease rent, deposit, and commission and ensure timely execution of the lease agreement by the tenant.
- Prepare the lease agreements for available properties and capture the lease data in the YARDI and EJARI systems.
- Answer incoming phone call professionally and handle accordingly, whether the caller is a prospective client, an internal Company team member.
- Follow-up on the collections and ensure timely realization of all cheques received from tenants.
- To maintains files to ensure that documentation is up to date at all times.
- Handle all queries and complaints from tenants and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Should have leasing experience of residential apartments, commercial real estate.
- Bachelor's degree from a reputed institute.
- Preferably 3+ years of experience in similar role.
- Energetic, passionate and focused.
- Exceptional communication and relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Technologically adept, well versed in MS Office (Word, Excel,Powerpoint)
- Valid UAE driving license.

**Salary range & Benefits**:
AED 5000-5500/- pm plus self medical insurance, annual air ticket, life insurance, paid annual leave.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
