Sharjah based real estate company, seeking an experienced and motivated Leasing Officer to join our team. The Leasing Officer will be responsible for overseeing the leasing process for our commercial and residential properties, from marketing and showing available spaces to conducting background checks and negotiating leases.

**Responsibilities**:

- Market and show available commercial and residential spaces to prospective tenants.
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
- Conduct background checks and credit screenings for prospective tenants.
- Negotiate lease terms and ensure all necessary documents are signed and filed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and property owners.
- Experience in Facility Management.
- Address tenant complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with leasing agreements and identify any necessary repairs or maintenance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Leasing Officer or similar role.
- Technical knowledge about the building facilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with property management software preferred.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have ability to type and communicate in basic arabic.
