We are looking for a Commercial Leasing / Sales Manager to join our team.
The Leasing / Sales Manager will oversee the leasing activities for commercial properties, ensuring occupancy and revenue goals are met.
Job Duties:
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Build and maintain relationships with tenants, resolving issues professionally.
- Present the project, manage lease agreements/Sales agreements, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to attract tenants and maintain listings.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare leasing performance reports.
- Coordinate with other departments.
- Utilize existing network of tenants.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of leasing or property management experience in the UAE.
Other Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of local property laws.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
Personal Attributes:
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
