The Leasing / Sales Manager willoversee the leasing activities for commercial propertiesensuringoccupancy and revenue goals aremet.

JobDuties:

  • Develop andimplement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy andrevenue.
  • Build and maintain relationships withtenants resolving issuesprofessionally.
  • Present the project managelease agreements/ Sales agreements and ensure
    compliancewith regulations.
  • Create and execute marketingcampaigns to attract tenants and maintainlistings.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepareleasing performance reports.

Qualifications:

Education:
