**JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
As the Director of Network and SSL Agents, you will be pivotal in overseeing our global network of agents and manage the list of nominated DP World companies And affiliates for SSL
- You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our network partners, optimising our logistics network, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and security protocols.

Agent Network Management:

- Create, develop and maintain relationships with network agents worldwide.
- Identify and onboard new agents to expand our global network.
- Monitor agent performance and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) adherence.

Logistics Optimization:

- Collaborate with the operations team to optimise routing and freight handling.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs within the logistics network.

Compliance and Security:

- Ensure that all network agents comply with industry regulations and security standards.
- Implement and enforce data security policies to protect sensitive information.

Performance Analysis:

- Track and analyse network performance metrics.
- Develop reports and insights to drive continuous improvement.

SSL Management:

- Maintain the list of SSL nominated
- Ensure that each nominated agent is compliant with the processes defined, such as FMC filing, Original Bill of lading signature library.
- Ensure invoices for services rendered by SSL are issued on time
- Be the contact for our DP World network for any challenges and question on the usage of SSL
- Be the contact for any claim for shipment under SSL bill of lading
- Responsible for the transversal management and leadership of an engaged team, promoting collaboration and ensuring that each is developed and evaluated against goals and objectives which are aligned, specific, measurable, attainable yet challenging, realistic and time-bound.
- Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World’s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**KEY DELIVERABLES**:
Coverage of 189 countries

**QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing a global network of freight forwarding agents.
- Expertise in Smart Shipping Line.
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding operations and logistics.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
