The Role
The role of RGM Analytics Lead supports RGM and Commercial teams while implementing Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategies within GCCB, coordinating efforts across various functions, and ensuring they impact net revenue positively. - The role is a leading driver of planning and executing RGM strategies specifically the development and implementation of long range OBPPC plans and PTC / Commercial Policies and DFR management strategies and models. - The role will be fully focused on delivering clear and quantifiable results in volume, NSR/UC, market share and shopper metrics through its short to medium term deliverables. - The role is responsible for developing RGM Analytics and reports. - The role provides regular unformed reports/analysis/updates to the operations, regarding RGM and DFRs metrics and KBIs, as well as analysis and proposals of future improvements.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree with relevant professional field of study for the role - IT literate with effective skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Quick learner to new analytical software/tools - Minimum 7 years’ experience in commercial insights and analytics with strong business acumen. - Experience in working in a matrixed global environment, and leading execution of commercial initiatives. - Strong ability to form effective working partnerships and collaboration with functions, across functions and with external organizations to deliver results. - Effective communication and influencing skills.
