**Responsibilities**:
1. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the office.

2. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.

3. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.

4. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.

5. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.

6. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).

7. Update calendars and schedule meetings/appointments as needed.

8. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.

9. Assist other administrative staff with tasks as required.

**Qualifications**:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent.

2. Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

4. Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers).

5. Professional attitude and appearance.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

7. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.

8. Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities.

9. Customer service attitude.

**Salary**: AED3,500 - AED4000 per month

**Experience**:
