SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

This position is part of our MEIA Graduate Program. Through this program, you will accelerate your career through personal development plans, local or international assignments, challenging and exciting tasks, and focused training programs.

This position is based in Dubai - UAE and reports directly to the Sales Manager - Protective Coatings - Jotun MENA in Dubai - UAE.

Responsibilities- Provide administration and support to the sales team by assisting with daily related sales activities, handling paperwork, proposals and quotations, tenders, bids, and ad hoc duties to ensure efficient sales support is provided for optimum sales results.- Coordinate between the Sales Manager, sales personnel, and other internal stakeholders by assisting with communicating and disseminating relevant information.- Convey any received external inquiries and information effectively to the team.- Coordinate with Customer Service on price variations, customer inquiries, etc., and assist in updating the system price list.- Assist in keeping the customer credit file up-to-date.- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.- Ensure prompt follow-up on invoices and payments in collaboration with the finance department.- Assist in identifying opportunities to enhance customer engagement and sales growth.

- Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Sales or any related field or equivalent- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the sales department- English is essential, French and Arabic are an advantage- Proficiency in CRM software and ERP systems is essential.- Experience within protective paints and/or industrial coatings is an added advantage.
