Human Resources Manager

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts. Assist in resolving issues to ensure a harmonious work environment.
Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes, provide guidance on goal-setting, and assist managers in addressing performance-related matters.
Policy and Procedure Implementation: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and consistent employee experience.
Training and Development: Identify training needs, organize workshops, and coordinate professional development opportunities for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries.
HR Records Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
Compliance and Reporting: Stay informed about labor laws and regulations, ensuring the company's compliance. Prepare reports related to HR metrics and activities.
Employee Engagement: Contribute to initiatives that foster employee engagement, satisfaction, and a positive work culture.
Conflict Resolution: Assist in addressing workplace conflicts and disciplinary matters by following established protocols and maintaining confidentiality.
HR Data Management: Use HR software and systems to manage employee data, generate reports, and analyze trends.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.
Proven experience (5+ years) in human resources roles, with a solid understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle sensitive matters professionally.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective solutions to HR-related challenges.
Strong ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Exceptional time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of employee engagement strategies is a plus.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
