HR Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced HR coordinator to join our team
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide Day0 Attendance sheet to WFS and PxT.
- Run a random audit with 5-10 associates in each day0 on associate’s English skillset
**Skills/ Requirements**:
- Validate new joiners’ national id as an auditing mechanism to avoid fake identities/ un authorized associates swap
- Ensure all day1 joiners bank details/cards are shared to the vendor payroll team.
- Ensure badges are handed over to all the new hires
- Conduct welcome back communication with associates whom are taking leaves/absent
- Provide Written and verbal warnings to relative associates as per PxT recommendation
- Provide access to transportation and manage current headcount bus allocation.
- Manage and obtain responses over No Call No Show (NCNS) from associates and attrition reasons and share a daily report to PxT.
- Ensure all associates are receiving accurate salaries and on time
- Receive and tackle associate’s callouts/requests within 24 hours
- Manage communication of last working day to shortlisted associates.
- Provide support to LP on collecting associate’s badges and locker keys on last working day.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1 years in HR Coordinator role
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 2 months
**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
