**Responsibilities**:
Job Purpose:

- To effectively provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation in the organisation
- To work independently within its designated functions Main Duties:

- Responsible for providing administrative assistance to the management team
- Act as the point of contract between the department and internal/external contacts
- Manage diaries of team members, schedule internal and external meetings
- Assist in planning itineraries, including booking travel and accommodation
- Create meeting agendas, take minutes, and record summaries of actions to be taken
- Compose correspondence, proofread documents for accuracy and completeness and follow up on actions
- Complete petty cash, reimbursement, and requisitions forms
- Assist in all aspects of event planning
- Coordinate projects and spreadsheets with precise attention to detail
- Ensures strict confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism at all times
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Assist with tasks assigned as and when required by the management team
- Undertake any other reasonable duties within the overall function.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, and Outlook 365 Minimum Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar industry Job Specific Knowledge & Skills:

- Fluent English and Arabic communication skills, written and oral
- Analyzing information and reporting skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to aid in daily contact with parents in a diverse multi-cultural environment
- Proactive
- Excellent office management skills

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- administrative assistant: 1 year (required)
- School: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Arabic and English (required)
