Customer Success Account Manager

We are seeking a dedicated team member to lead our customer success efforts in the Asia and GCC region.
**The Role**:
As a Customer Success Account Manager based in Dubai, you will play a crucial role in building strong and trusting relationships with our clients in the Asia and GCC timezone. Your responsibilities will include covering chats/support tickets during these time zones, serving as the onboarding Account Manager for new clients in the Asia/Australia/GCC region, and providing comprehensive support during their onboarding period.
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as a front-line account manager, balancing relationship-building and technical expertise.
- Identify growth opportunities with customers, implementing solutions to achieve revenue expansion goals.
- Develop a deep understanding of Everflow's products and features, and effectively communicate them to customers.
- Comprehend complex inquiries from customers of varying industry levels.
- Communicate concisely and clearly both internally and externally.
- Provide client feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
- Upsell existing clients on new products and features.
- Cover chats/support tickets in the Asia and GCC timezone.
**Qualifications**:
- Good product sense and a willingness to learn.
- Strong analytical background with a good grasp of internet technologies.
- Minimum 5 years of digital advertising experience.
- Affiliate Marketing experience a huge plus
- Mobile (iOS, Android) advertising experience.
- Familiarity with project management and customer success tools.
- Sales and/or Business Development experience is preferred.
- BA/BS in a relevant field.
- High proficiency in English. Additional language expertise in Chinese and Arabic is a plus.
