**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Provide personalized customer service to enhance the customer experience.
- **Communication**:
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Utilize a strong English accent to ensure clear understanding.
- **Customer Data Management**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Generate reports on customer interactions and satisfaction levels.
- **Problem Resolution**:
- Proactively address and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary.
- Follow up on customer cases to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Implement strategies to engage customers and encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate customer feedback programs and surveys to gather insights.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to enhance customer engagement.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
