**Requirements**:

- Dynamics 365 for Field Service Functional Consultant Associate

- Strong operation and leadership skills.
- Good communication, negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Define and execute project governance & communication.
- Work with project manager to prepare a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, work streams & activities
- Work with project manager to organize project activities into manageable work efforts for team members and determine an effective approach to completing the work, as outlined in the project plan
- Work with Project manager in planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting, and people management.
- Work with architects and technical leads to deliver the right artifacts
- Ensure the quality of standards followed in the delivery
- Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time & budget.
- Communicate project issues and resolution
- Identify and mitigate potential risk.
- Ensure project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost.
- Identify, manage and monitor completion of deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate decision making that is required for progress on the project, Author and facilitate strategic documents such as Project Charters.
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.
- Formulate continuous improvement plan.
