Sales CRM Executive

_**Role Summary**_
The Sales CRM Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing the sales funnel within the CRM system, tracking client interactions from the initial touchpoint to closing, and supporting the sales team with documentation and CRM data management.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor, maintain, and update the sales funnel stages within the CRM system.
- Track and document all client interactions and sales progress.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure data accuracy and proper documentation of sales activities.
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the sales process.
- Generate reports and dashboards for sales performance and client journey insights.
- Ensure timely and accurate follow-ups with potential clients and assist in sales campaigns and promotions.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in CRM management or sales support, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (required).
