We are seeking to hire a Customer Service Agent to join our FBO team in Dubai. The Customer service agent responsibility will be to provide a safe, professional, and seamless delivery for arriving and departing passengers and crew VIP services, ensuring a smooth transition through a world class facility and hospitality. Moreover, to process handling requests and arrange flight operational services. This will be a full-time position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

**Essential Criteria**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, BA or equivalent
- English Language speaking and written skills
- 3-4 years’ experience in a Customer Service environment
- Excellent Knowledge of occupational Hygiene
- Excellent Knowledge of F&B Safety Standards
- Familiar with Airport Operations
- Computer Literate having proficiency in Microsoft Office and FBO software
- Customer service and report writing skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
- Willing to be scheduled on a shift basis including weekends and public holidays
- Must be willing to carry a mobile phone and accessible 24/7 as needed

- Arabic or any foreign language communication is a plus
- Positive attitude
