Sales Invoice Coordinator

**Description**
- Receive and review sales orders from sales representatives or customers.
- Verify order accuracy, pricing, and terms.
- Coordinate with sales teams to resolve any order-related issues.
- Input sales orders into the system accurately and in a timely manner.
- Generate and process invoices for completed sales orders.
- Verify invoice accuracy, including pricing, discounts, and taxes.
- Ensure invoices are sent to customers promptly and in compliance with payment terms.
- Address any billing inquiries or discrepancies from customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Any bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales coordination, order processing, or similar roles.
- Familiarity with sales and invoicing software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
