Job Title: Sales Executive - Export Business (Consumer Electronics - Small Home Appliances)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and Develop Export Sales Channels: Identify and develop relationships with international distributors, retailers, and wholesalers in key target markets.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research to identify new opportunities for expanding market share in various countries, with a focus on small home appliances.
- Negotiate Contracts and Agreements: Handle contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and terms of sale to maximize profitability while ensuring long-term customer relationships.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all export documentation, regulations, and legal requirements are met for different countries.
- Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sales strategies tailored to various regions for product penetration and market growth.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the management team.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and product deliveries.
- Travel: Frequent international travel to meet with clients and attend trade shows or other industry-related events.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in export sales, with a strong focus on consumer electronics or small home appliances.
- Proven experience in international markets such as Africa, CIS countries and Middle East.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex sales deals.

- Experience working with distributors/retailers in emerging and developed markets.
- Understanding of regional market trends and consumer preferences in small home appliances.
