**Responsibilities**:

- You will develop and maintain positive relationships with JM Foods' international clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- We expect you to coordinate the entire export process, including order processing, logistics, and documentation, adhering strictly to compliance and regulatory requirements of different countries.
- You shall liaise with internal departments such as procurement, quality control, and warehousing to ensure timely dispatch of goods.
- You will meticulously prepare and verify shipping documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin to prevent customs delays.
- We expect you to monitor international market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities and areas for growth.
- You shall provide regular updates to management on export sales performance, challenges faced, and strategies for overcoming them.
- You will resolve any issues that arise during the export process swiftly to minimize disruptions and maintain client satisfaction.
- We expect you to continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance efficiency within the export department, contributing to the overall success of JM Foods.

**Requirements**:

- You must possess comprehensive knowledge of international trade regulations, including export documentation and shipping procedures to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
- You should have excellent negotiation skills to secure the best possible terms and prices with suppliers and logistics partners, while maintaining strong relationships.
- We require you to have proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other related platforms to manage client interactions effectively and keep records up-to-date.
- You need to be fluent in at least one foreign language to communicate effectively with our diverse range of clients and partners overseas.
- We expect you to demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- You are required to analyze market trends and sales data to identify opportunities for expanding our product reach in existing and new markets.
