- Extensive knowledge of international markets, customer dynamics, and sales channel management
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
- Proficient in cross-cultural communication and negotiations, with the ability to work effectively with diverse international stakeholders.
- Fluency in English, and proficiency in one or more additional languages preferred.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful export sales strategies, and driving revenue growth in international markets
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
**Job Duties**:
- Develop and execute comprehensive export sales strategies for the tyres and batteries business, aligning to overall corporate objectives.
- Identify and analyze key export markets, understand customer needs and preferences, and formulate market entry and growth plans.
- Establish and manage relationships with international distributors, dealers, and customers to drive sales and market share.
- Oversee the export sales team, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management to ensure team effectiveness.
- Negotiate and finalize export sales contracts, ensuring profitability and optimal commercial terms.
- Monitor export sales performance, analyze market trends and competitor activities, and develop plans to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as production, logistics, and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to export customers.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant export regulations, guidelines, and policies.
- Provide regular reports and updates on export sales activities, market conditions, and business performance to senior management.

Pay: AED40,000.00 - AED50,000.00 per month
