Key Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Developing and sustaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Acting as the main point of contact between key accounts and company.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Negotiating contracts and follow up with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Communicating and collaborating with the marketing, sales, finance and logistics departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met.
- Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular intelligence from the relevant market.
Key Account Manager Requirements:
- Diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Ability in problem-solving with Strong negotiation and leadership skills.

- The ability to build rapport with key clients.
- The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
- Ability to analyze and draw inference from data.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good knowledge and usage of computer Microsoft office programs including power point, spreadsheets and Microsoft word.
