**1. Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for all communication and inquiries from assigned key accounts.
- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and needs to provide tailored solutions and services.
- Identify growth opportunities within key accounts and develop strategic account plans to expand business.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment with clients' goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular account reviews and identify areas for improvement or enhancement to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set for assigned key accounts.
- Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and threats within the market.
- Provide insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders to adapt strategies and offerings accordingly.
- Address any customer issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Ensure timely resolution of client inquiries and complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Serve as a customer advocate within the organization to ensure clients' needs are met.

**2. Requirement**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (Master’s degree preferred)
- 3 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or related roles within the FMCG industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing key accounts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and
- credibility with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of FMCG industry or market relevant is preferred.
- Excellent problem solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

**Valid driver's license**

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Key Accounts Manager: 3 years (required)
- Sales/Account Management: 3 years (required)
- FMCG Industry: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- Tagalog (required)

License/Certification:

- UAE Driving License (required)
