**Key Account Manager**
The main objective of this position is to lead and manage the business with Key Channel Partners, like Resellers and Distributors within the Middle East region. This role will manage all aspects of the relationship between the company and the clients, including all commercial and support facets, to develop and grow successful independent businesses through the reselling of the company’s products.
Key Deliverables:
- Manage the sales at the assigned account/s.
- To be accountable for annual sales plan objectives and ensure they are met or exceeded.
- Manage team of sales promoters to achieve the goals.
- Resolve or escalate issues when appropriate.
- Manage entire supply chain from ordering to sales and afer sales service for the respective accounts / clients.
- Assist with creation and drive marketing plans at respective accounts / clients.
- Maintaining an accurate and detailed financial data / P&L for the respective accounts.
- Report on competitive trends in our territory.
- In addition, this role requires a solid understanding of consumer electronics industry including trends and other influencing factors.
**Basic Requirements**
- Experience in consumer electronics industry with local market experience.
- Able to travel frequently to assigned client locations, must have valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
- Microsoft Office proficiency, mainly in Excel - to independently manage and report the forecasted numbers for your sales region; PowerPoint - to prepare sales presentations that are usable for internal meetings.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working within a Channel environment.
- Individual must have strong Interpersonal / presentation skills and the ability to deliver complex solutions in simple terms.
- Must have strong networking and teaming skills with varied team members.
- Able to work under pressure of deliverables like revenue, profitability etc.
- A proven track record in achieving or overachieving goals.
- Negotiation Skills at different levels both within and outside the organization.
- Deep understanding of key business metrics of their accounts performance (revenues, returns, inventory, operational costs)
- Strong relationship/account management skills.
- Seeks feedback from customers to identify strengths and improvement opportunities.
- Follows up with customers to ensure that all actions to make the sale are done, creating the best customer experience.
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
