Key Accounts Manager

**Account Planning and Strategy**
- Develop strategic account plans outlining objectives, goals, and action plans for each key account.
- Anticipate future client needs and proactively develop strategies.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and client performance data.
**Team Leadership and Development**
- Overseeing and managing Sales, CSD, Building solutions and Operations department.
**Sales and Revenue Generation**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key clients to maximize profitability.
- Drive revenue growth and amplify sales achievement as per the set target.
**Risk Management and Mitigation**
- Monitor market conditions, industry trends, and regulatory changes that may impact key accounts, and develop contingency plans.
**Client Retention and Loyalty**
- Develop retention strategies and initiatives to strengthen client relationships and maximize customer lifetime value.
To support and execute other tasks assigned not limited to the aforementioned tasks, as and when necessary.
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Team Management: 5 years (required)
- Generating and Managing Sales: 5 years (required)
- Facility Management: 5 years (required)
License/Certification:
- UAE Driving License (required)
