Sales / Partnership Officer

We are looking for brand Senior Partnership Officer to increase the company's revenue through relationships. A link between the company and the external business surrounding and the representative/ mediator of the company’s services and business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with clients and organizational stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison between a company and its clients, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Contract negotiation
- Determining areas for performance improvement
- Educating sales personnel on effective techniques
- Provide product training for sales personnel, either through workshops or virtual training sessions.
- Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling company products to new and existing customers.
- Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales.
- Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and weekly and monthly sales revenue.
- Managing multi-cities corporate orders.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales.
- Maintains quality service by following up sales orders and events.
- Create and develop a custom product for corporate and individuals.
- Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales.
Partnerships / Brands Scouting and selecting best vendors (brands).
- Developing and sustaining long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors (Brands or suppliers).
- Meeting with suitable vendors to assess their products, inquire about their products, negotiate pricing, and communicate any product or service-related concerns.
- Continually monitoring sales trends to determine which products are more popular than others.
- Implementing vendor selection programs to ensure that the best vendors are secured.
- Conducting interviews with new vendors (Brands) and informing approved vendors (Brands) of their responsibilities and obligations.
- Establishing standards by which to assess the performance of approved vendors.
- Evaluating current vendors (Brands) performance and identifying ways to improve them.
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to represent the company and ensure clients' needs are met.
- Ability to multi-task, especially when faced with multiple, competing client issues.
- Excellent attention to detail in order to successfully manage all of your client relationships.
- Strong analytical abilities
- Strong negotiation skills
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or business
- At least 3 years of UAE experience
- Background in Hospitality Industry
