**Job Description: Female Customer Support Executive (UAE)**

**Role Overview**:

**Customer Support**:

- Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining service quality.
- Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, and processes.

**Communication**:

- Maintain timely and professional communication with customers.
- Relay customer feedback and concerns to the manager for resolution.
- Update customers on any service changes, updates, or relevant project-related details.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Prepare daily or weekly reports on customer issues and resolutions, as requested by the manager.

**Customer Engagement**:

- Build and nurture positive relationships with customers, ensuring loyalty and satisfaction.
- Assist customers in navigating processes or systems relevant to their needs.

**Collaboration**:

- Follow instructions and tasks assigned by the manager.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer requests are met in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years in customer support and call center or a similar role.

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer support tools.

**Attributes**:

- Positive attitude with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
