We are a leading software company based in Dubai seeking a **dynamic IT Customer Support Executive** to provide exceptional support for our software product.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and software training sessions.
- Deliver excellent IT support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT support processes.
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Electronics & Communication.
- Excellent command of the English language for professional communication and critical thinking abilities.
- A quick learner, eager to expand expertise and skills.
- Holding a valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
