We are seeking an FEMALE experienced and reliable individual to join our team as a work from home online office assistant. As a remote assistant, you will provide administrative support to our organization through online communication channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Managing and maintaining calendars and schedules
- Managing and organizing files and documents
- Conducting research and compiling data as needed
- Assisting with project management tasks
- Handling basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Providing support to other team members as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online communication tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working independently and remotely
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
