As the Office Manager cum Executive Assistant, you will be the backbone of office, ensuring smooth operations and providing high-level administrative support to CEO. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
**Office Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-maintained and efficient workspace.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain office records and manage filing systems.

**Executive Support**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for the executive team.
- Act as the point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.

**Administrative Support**:

- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and announcements.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including arranging logistics and preparing meeting materials.
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating employee events.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and office management software.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
