The Role
An investment organisation at the grassroots of the economic development within the UAE, this company has been established for 40 years and has a highly influential female CEO at the forefront of the business. The ever-evolving portfolio includes agriculture, real estate development and technical advances and continues to be involved in worldclass investments to ensure the UAE remains an economic region of excellence. Now seeking an experience C- suite EA this role will mainly support the CEO, with some support also given to the CFO. It will include all aspects of their business and on an ad hoc basis it will include a small number of personal tasks. You will also take on office management capabilities and essentially, act as the gatekeeper for the Executive Office. This role requires a great deal of confidentiality, assertiveness and commitment and therefore, those with a minimum of 5 years of experience a C- suite level is required. A large part of this role will see you interact with the Executive team as a flow of information, reporting data and deadlines for the CEO. This is a highly visible position and you will be trusted to manage the Executive team relationships with professionalism and integrity. Presenting data at a senior level you should be robust and confident in your abilities and be able to understand the large volumes of data and reports and its impact on the business strategy. Overseeing several projects at one time, the EA will have a firm grasp of progress, bottlenecks and deadlines and bring a solutions driven approach at all times. Document and diary management are high on the daily agenda and you will ensure all information is prepared in advance using MS Office including excel reports and PowerPoint presentations. Maintaining strong knowledge of internal visitors and an ever-extending network of contacts, you will have a keen eye for detail to ensure positive relationships are developed with all internal and external stakeholders. There will also be small aspects of personal management for the CEO and CFO including coordinating with household staff and property maintenance matters. With regards to the Office Management duties this will include the coordination of team events and celebrations, supplier management and business continuity such as inventory and budget management, regulatory document renewals and management of all confidential files.
