**Position: Corporate Sales Executive**

My Business Consulting DMCC is a corporate services firm, headquartered in Dubai, UAE. The company specializes in designing and developing bespoke solutions for Business Setup, Immigration Support, Corporate Banking, Corporate Finance, Tax Compliance and Second Citizenship programs.

Part of the determined expansion of My Business Consulting DMCC, we are looking for Corporate Sales Executive with proven records of UAE and International experience in corporate services.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Build strong relationships with all types of customers. Identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.
- The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success with main responsible of development and achievement of sales target on monthly basis.
- Handling Live Chat, WhatsApp, Offline/Set-up Messages, Social Media Messages and Queries in most professional and efficient manner
- Expanding effective relationships with Referral Agents and bringing in new clients
- Efficiency on-boarding of new clients through all channels mentioned above
- In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry
- Proficient reception of new requests, order modifications, complaints by the respective clients
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements
- Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients
- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives and promotes companies’ services
- Attendance of meetings with the clients and presentation of current offers
- Promote our company’s services with prospect/existing clients may it be from the company’s marketing efforts or personal contacts
- Negotiating Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Contract for PRO, Admin, Bookkeeping and Accounting with prospect clients.
- Assist as the most professional and efficient link of communication between clients and all internal My Business Consulting DMCC team members.
- Ensure client satisfaction on all paid services, without any delays, mistakes, and miscommunications.
- Working with operations team, finance team, managers, marketing team, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of services are being delivered and all client needs met.
- Proper coordination with the Finance department for any ongoing Tasks, Quotation/invoice requests, Statement of Account requests, and ensure that all amounts requested are correct and relevant to the services to be rendered to the client. Prioritize to maintain low-cost for all actions and ensure fewer expenses in any way whatsoever. Proper settlement of funds received from the Finance Department.
- Discuss and resolve with various personnel in each department the best, fastest and most effective solution for every client’s requirements, situation and requests.
- Ensure the correct services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to direct manager.
- Analysis and identification of upcoming corporate needs and opportunities of every clients.
- Resolving key client issues and complaints.
- Ensure that any information and documentation recorded in the Project Management System PMS (company’s CRM software) for all new updates of each existing/ new client are correct and completely uploaded in the Shared Folder and PMS with proper coordination with Database Controller.
- Daily update of request in the PMS to help Marketing Department secure a correct analysis of responses from all Marketing outlets.
- Provide the Marketing department with relevant information/updates/news, adhering to the Media policy of the company and promoting the company on all social media.
- Promote a healthy business atmosphere between all company suppliers.
- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with management, team members and possible use in future case studies or company training.
- Keep up to date with any relevant information relating to the job description.
- Show initiation and actively take actions to promote MBC services to existing, new or potential clients.
