**Legal Advisor - Land Department Regulations Specialist**

**Job Location: Ajman**

Our client is a holding company in the UAE that holds franchises for multiple global brands of hotels, a real estate company, and other businesses under the group.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Legal Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all local regulations and laws pertaining to land transactions and development projects.
- ** Advisory Services**: Provide expert legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on matters related to the Land Department regulations, property ownership, leasing, and development.
- ** Documentation Review**: Review and draft legal documents, contracts, agreements, and leases related to land transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- ** Due Diligence**: Conduct comprehensive due diligence on real estate transactions, including title searches, property assessments, and regulatory compliance checks.
- ** Dispute Resolution**: Handle legal disputes and litigation matters related to land transactions, representing the company's interests in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
- ** Research and Analysis**: Stay updated on changes in local laws, regulations, and legal precedents affecting land transactions and provide proactive advice to the management team.
- ** Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with other departments, including real estate development, finance, and operations, to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks associated with land transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in law from a reputable institution; additional certifications or specializations in real estate law are preferred.
- Minimum of **5 years of experience as a Legal Advisor or Lawyer, with a focus on real estate law and land department regulations in the UAE**.
- In-depth knowledge of local regulations, procedures, and practices related to the Land Department across all Emirates.
- Proven experience in handling real estate transactions, property acquisitions, leasing agreements, and development projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with internal stakeholders, external partners, and government authorities.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- ** Fluency in Arabic and English languages is mandatory.
