Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance:
Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure the production of high-quality lubricant products that meet industry standards and customer expectations.
Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Health and Safety:
Establish and enforce comprehensive health and safety protocols to create a safe working environment for all employees.
Conduct regular safety training and awareness programs to promote a culture of safety consciousness among the workforce.
Environmental Compliance:
Develop and oversee environmental management systems to ensure compliance with all relevant environmental regulations and standards.
Implement sustainable practices to minimize the environmental impact of manufacturing processes.
Regulatory Compliance:
Stay updated on all relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to quality, health, safety, and the environment.
Ensure that the manufacturing facility adheres to all legal requirements and maintains necessary certifications.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and hazards in the manufacturing process and implement proactive measures to mitigate these risks.
Develop and maintain emergency response plans to address any unforeseen incidents effectively.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all quality, health, safety, and environmental activities and prepare comprehensive reports for management and regulatory agencies as required.
Team Management:
Provide leadership and guidance to the QHSE team, ensuring effective communication, training, and development of team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
Extensive experience in quality control, health and safety management, and environmental compliance within the manufacturing industry, preferably in the lubricant sector.
In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Certification in relevant QHSE standards is a plus (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001).
**Salary**: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
