We’re looking for a charismatic professional to represent the company and play the role of Personal Assistant/Secretary/Admin

Job Description/Responsibilities:

- Accompanying the Managing Director in various tasks such as viewings/Inspections of properties and other important meetings etc.
- Making of Tenancy Contracts and other important documents while managing the office work
- Must be able to negotiate well and have a strong command.

Requirements and skills:

- Minimum one year experience into the Real Estate field in Dubai is preferable
- Exceptional management and negotiation skills.
- Perfect Communication skills.
- Must speak fluent English. Any other foreign language are a plus.
- A Valid UAE Driving License and own car is a must.
- Salary to be discussed based on qualifications and experience
- Must be able to start immediately.
