Job description

**Responsibilities**:
Identify and target potential clients in the tent manufacturing space to generate new business opportunities.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within client organizations.

Conduct in-depth research and analysis to understand client needs, pain points, and industry trends.

Present and demonstrate our products/services effectively to clients, showcasing their value and addressing any concerns or objections.

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop targeted strategies, campaigns, and materials to support sales efforts.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for both the company and the client.

Monitor market and competitor activities, providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance our competitive edge.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the [industry/sector] space.

Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various levels.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

Willingness to travel as required.
