As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth, managing key accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and developing new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, ideally in the manufacturing industry, and if tent manufacturing, it will be a plus.
- Strong B2B sales experience and ability to manage key accounts.
- Arabic speaking is a must.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a team of sales professionals.
- Result-oriented mindset and ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
