Marketing Manager to join a UAE based Company with 25 years of experience. The Company offers sustainable, modern, fully customized street furniture, play and fitness equipment, as well as waste management solutions for public spaces.

Reporting to the CEO, you will ensure the Company's marketing efforts are at the same level as industry leading firms

**Essential Requirements**:
× 6 years + experience in physical & digital Marketing

× Degree in Marketing or Business

× Extensive B2B Marketing experience

× Proven experience in working with a manufacturing product within marketing

× Metrics driven marketing mind with an eye for the finest detail & creativity

**The role**:

- Implement a comprehensive marketing strategy (offline and digital) that is focused on growth marketing
- Maintain Core Customer retention at 100% by implementing a Customer Engagement Program with regular value adding activities
- Develop a Community of Fans & Increase online participation via social media channels by 50% and increase newsletter responses
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI and cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
- Measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Develop and maintain marketing reports and dashboards to communicate progress and results to senior management.
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From AED30,000.00 per month
