**Job Title**: Human Resources (HR) Specialist
**Location**: Bussiness Bay
**Reports To**: HR Manager/Director
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Recruitment and Onboarding**:
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and onboarding programs.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
2. **Employee Relations**:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Address and resolve employee conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.
3. **Compensation and Benefits**:
- Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and benefits-related transactions.
- Provide information to employees regarding benefit plans and enrollment procedures.
4. **Compliance and Policy Management**:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure HR practices are compliant and up-to-date.
5. **Performance Management**:
- Support the performance review process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement strategies.
- Track and document employee performance and development activities.
6. **Training and Development**:
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.
- Assist in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions as needed.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
7. **HR Data Management**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Generate and analyze HR reports and metrics to support decision-making.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of employee information.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist, HR Generalist, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
- Knowledge of specific industry HR practices (if applicable).
**Work Environment**:
- This role is typically performed in an office setting, with occasional travel to other company locations or events.
- Flexibility to work remotely as per company policy.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
