We are seeking a Technical Chemical Sales Manager in the Oilfield Industry a key leadership role responsible for driving sales and providing technical expertise for chemical products and solutions within the oil and gas sector within the UAE & GCC markets. The individual in this position will work closely with customers, develop business strategies, and achieve revenue and market share targets. The Technical Chemical Sales Manager will also collaborate with internal teams, such as product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Management**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets for technical chemical products in the oilfield sector.
- Has excellent sales revenue track record as past performance within the National Oil, EPC & technical service.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.

**Technical Expertise**:

- Possess an in-depth understanding of technical chemical products used in the oilfield industry and be able to provide technical guidance to customers.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that customer needs are met with the appropriate chemical solutions.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies related to oilfield chemicals.

**Customer Engagement and Support**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and addressing their concerns promptly and effectively.
- Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients to showcase the benefits of chemical products.
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.

**Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitors in the oilfield industry.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make informed business decisions and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Reporting and Documentation:

- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback for management review.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales-related expenses.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field. A higher degree or MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the oilfield industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong technical knowledge of chemical products used in the oilfield sector and the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team to achieve goals.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events as needed
- U.A.E Driving Licence
- Certified NEBOSH or training will be an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission

**Salary**: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
