We are seeking a highly motivated Chemical Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling a diverse range of chemicals and additives to various industries, including pharmaceuticals, coatings, adhesives, sealants, ceramics, glass, water treatment, and plastics. Your primary focus will be on developing and expanding relationships with existing industrial customers while actively prospecting for new accounts to enhance market penetration in the UAE and Middle East Markets.

**About You (Applicant)**:
To excel in this position, you should have a proven track record of sales experience and an impressive sales revenue record. Ideally, you possess experience in chemical distribution, raw materials, or the manufacturing of ingredients/additives. Previous involvement in related industries will be considered a strong advantage.

**Job Role**:

- Cultivate strong relationships with key buyers to identify, qualify, and pursue leads while gathering valuable market intelligence.
- Manage the sales team effectively to achieve growth and exceed sales targets.
- Drive profitability through value selling and pricing.
- Strong commercial & contract negotiation skills
- Analyzing client requirement / tender specifications, getting clarifications, designing schemes & select equipment preparing cost sheets and quotations, preparing submittals, technical discussions, and negotiations
- Getting the company and products registered and approved with various consultants, clients, end users, facility management companies, etc.
- Interfacing and coordinating with various departments such as services, engineering, contracts, logistics, and procurement to achieve desired customer satisfaction levels.
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan that expands our customer base and strengthens our market presence.
- Foster enduring and trusting customer relationships by understanding their needs and partnering with them effectively.
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports, as well as provide realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Stay informed about emerging markets and market shifts while keeping an eye on new products and competitors.
- Exhibit effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Provide timely feedback to both internal and external customers, demonstrating a strong customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to travel as needed for sales assignments and industry functions, going the extra mile to secure business opportunities.
- Recommend potential product line opportunities, new products, and sales initiatives.
- Coordinate and administer corporate personnel policies and programs within the assigned territory and area of responsibility.

**Job Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in chemical engineering, preferably in the UAE/GCC & Middles region.
- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or a related field.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication in English.
- Possess a valid UAE driving license.
