Dans le cadre d’une demande d’un de nos clients, **une banque suisse active à Dubaï**, nous sommes à la recherche **d’une ou d’un Spécialiste Fichier Central / Client Admin** pour renforcer l’équipe en apportant son savoir-faire helvétique et sa connaissance des activités de Private Banking.
**Dans le cadre de vos tâches quotidiennes, vous devrez notamment vous occuper de**:
- Vérification et analyse de la documentation juridique de base des dossiers (personnes physiques et morales) y compris sous l’angle de la recherche d’indices fiscaux pour les nouveaux comptes, les mutations et les clôtures et vérifications de signatures.
- Effectuer le suivi des régularisations avec les chargés de relations et leurs assistants.
- Exécuter les recherches juridiques dans le cadre de demandes d’entraides administratives ou autres.
- Mises-à-jour et saisies des données dans le système informatique de la banque, contrôles qualité.
- Collaboration avec le service Compliance de la banque et les autres départements.
- Support actif et proactif aux chargés de relations et autres clients internes de la banque.
- Scanning, indexation et classement de la documentation.
- Être en contact avec Genève pour mettre en place les changements réglementaires, la mise-à-jour des procédures et des best practices.
**Votre profil**:
- Un minimum de 5 à 7 années d’expérience dans un poste similaire au sein d’une banque privée en contact avec une clientèle internationale.
- Expérience locale (UAE et/ou Suisse) auprès d’une banque suisse indispensable
- Maîtrise de la documentation d’ouverture de comptes pour les personnes physiques et morales, y compris structures complexes.
- Très bonne compréhension des activités opérationnelles du Fichier Central, compétences techniques, bonne connaissance du cadre réglementaire.
- Français & Anglais courants, à l’écrit comme à l’oral - (Arabe. un atout).
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques standards
- Rigoureux, méthodique, autonome et précis.
- Personnalité ouverte, sens du service vis-à-vis des clients internes, attitude “hands on”.
- Formation dans le domaine du Fichier Central un solide atout.
