We are looking for a **Service Advisor** who has **experience in UAE in the automobile industry **with excellent communication skills and professional experience in dealing with customers. Must be experienced in handling luxury and supercars.

Job Responsibilities:

- **Good Knowledge of German, Japanese, European Cars.**:

- Explanation of the job to be carried as recorded in job card.
- Ensure pre-acceptance inspection is carried our thoroughly for any damages & valuable left inside car received.
- Record inspection results on check sheet and verifies the same with customer and get customer acknowledgement.
- Check vehicle servicing history if it has been carried out as per company policy.
- Fill in customer and vehicles information in company database.
- Ensure customer complaints written on check in sheet report
- Writes a brief description of the customer’s concern on card to help the technician locate the problem.
- Prepare repair estimate obtain customer approval after detailed explanation.
- Ensures quality procedures are followed first time itself giving leaving no scope for errors.
- Ensure that the job assigned is completed within stipulated period as communicated to the customers.
- Keep customers posted on the progress and on the delivery schedule.
- Ensure customer is aware on any changes in estimation, explain the reason, cost and time needed.
- Perform quality test as per protocol including test drive of the vehicle.
- Update customers once vehicle is ready for collection.
- Prepare proforma invoice and explain customer on the charges applied.
- Any other duties as and when required by the Management.

**Qualification and skills**:

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Service Advisor in automobile industry.
- Bachelor Degree holder.
- **Must have technical knowledge of the world’s most iconic automotive brands: Toyota, Lexus, Honda, Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, Volvo and RAM.**:

- Provides up-to-date technical information in response to customer inquiries.
- Excellent customer service, willing to go the extra mile.
- Must have Strong English communications skills.
- Should possess a UAE driving license
- **Should have working experience with German vehicle maintenance and procedures.**

Monthly Salary: AED 6,000.00 - AED 8,000.00 per month. + target base incentive will be provided.
