**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to real estate agents, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare and maintain property documents, contracts, and reports.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate transactions and communication.
- **Property Listings Management**:

- Create, update, and manage property listings on various online platforms, including Dubizzle, Bayut, and others.
- Ensure that all property advertisements are accurate, engaging, and up-to-date.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of property listings, making adjustments as needed to optimize visibility and attract potential buyers or renters.
- **Advertisement Campaigns**:

- Develop and execute advertising campaigns for property listings on digital platforms.
- Utilize SEO and digital marketing strategies to enhance the visibility of listings.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Customer Service**:

- Handle inquiries from potential buyers, sellers, and renters professionally and promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.
- Assist with property viewings and coordinate with agents to ensure a positive client experience.
- **Office Management**:

- Oversee office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all necessary materials are available and organized.
- Coordinate with maintenance services to address any office-related issues.
- Assist with the onboarding of new employees and support HR functions as needed.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure that all advertising and property-related documents comply with local regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, advertisements, and communications.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years experience in a real estate administrative role with proven experience in running advertisements on platforms like Dubizzle, Bayut, and other similar sites.
- **Education**: Relevant educational background in business administration, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in using online real estate platforms (Dubizzle, Bayut, etc.).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) for creating property ads.

**Working Conditions**:
