**Job Description: Real Estate Sales Specialist**

We are excited to announce a prestigious opportunity for a skilled Real Estate Sales Specialist to join our innovative project. As an integral member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the success of this initiative. Your responsibilities will include:
**1. Client Relations**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients by thoroughly understanding their real estate needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.
- Communicate fluently in English to ensure clients are well-informed about property options and the sales process.

**2. Property Promotion**:

- Strategically market and promote our exclusive properties to attract high-quality buyers and renters.
- Develop compelling property listings featuring high-quality imagery and detailed descriptions, potentially in multiple languages.

**3. Property Showings**:

- Conduct engaging property viewings, guiding clients through the inspection process while highlighting key features and benefits that align with their requirements.

**4. Negotiation and Closing**:

- Assist clients in formulating offers and negotiating favorable terms for sales or leases.
- Prepare and review contracts to ensure successful and compliant transactions.

**5. Market Research**:

- Remain informed about local and international real estate market trends and property valuations.
- Provide clients with insightful market analyses to facilitate informed decision-making.

**6. Documentation and Compliance**:

- Ensure all real estate transactions adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
- Maintain meticulous records and documentation for all transactions.

**7. Multilingual Support**:

- Offer comprehensive multilingual assistance throughout the sales process, including contract reviews, negotiations, and client inquiries.

**8. Sales Targets**:

- Achieve and exceed sales targets established by the agency.
- Generate and follow up on leads, converting potential clients into successful sales.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate market is mandatory.
- Demonstrated expertise in both off-plan and secondary property markets.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
- A valid UAE driving license is essential.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- A proven track record of successfully closing real estate deals.
