Looking for FEMALE SECRETARY for Chairman in our esteemed real estate organization

Responsibilities include:
Scheduling meetings with clients and other parties involved in real estate transactions

Coordinating with other members of the team to complete tasks such as preparing contracts or sending notices to tenants

Providing support to brokers and other agents with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, and taking notes during meetings

Handling incoming and outgoing mail, filing documents, maintaining databases, and providing general office support

Coordinating repairs and maintenance with contractors and landlords, including communicating with cusotmers to schedule appointments and ensure timely completion of work

Managing listings of properties for sale, including uploading photos, creating brochures, and sending out marketing materials

Keeping abreast of local real estate laws and regulations, government regulations that affect real estate, and market conditions to help identify potential investment opportunities

Drafting letters and notices to clients, colleagues, vendors, or other parties involved in real estate transactions

**Requirements**:
Education should be bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, or a related field. Relevant coursework includes real estate law, finance, business communication and accounting.

Languages: English/Hindi/Tagalog/Russian

Real Estate Secretary Skills to be successful:
Organization: Real estate secretaries often use organizational skills to keep track of their employer’s calendar, files and other important documents. Organizational skills can also help them keep track of their own tasks and projects.

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to Commute:
