The role will combine marketing and admin responsibilities, as well as some of the reception responsibilities.

**Job description**:
Admin Assistant:

- Manage office and pantry supplies stock and place orders.
- Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights and hotel for the employees both business and annual.
- Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings.
- Preparing a monthly report for the ticket costs (both annual and business).
- Handles the daily courier task (receiving and sending).
- Prepares the monthly LPO from the travel agents.
- Coordinating with the finance team with regards to the LPO, supplier invoice, cheque collection, and other related tasks.

Marketing Assistant:

- Managing social media accounts, creating content and responding to message if required.
- Submitting ideas for marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the company’s brand.
- Attending industry events, such as exhibitions.
- Assisting and contributing ideas to marketing campaigns.
- Compiling and distributing information such as website and social media analytics.
- Collaborating with sales team and marketing manager on marketing strategies.
- Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing.
- Preparing questionnaires and other forms of feedback for customer survey.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 3-5 years’ experience as office administrator
- 1-2 years’ experience in marketing
- Knowledge of Canva
- Good organizational skills
- Flexible
- Strong written communication and oral English communication skills

**Experience**:

- administrative assistant: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Arabic (preferred)
