Role:
The Dean of Students' role is to provide support to the Academic management team of the Girl's School to ensure the use of effective behavior management strategies to implement the published student Code of Conduct. The Dean will also be a primary communicator of student information between the school and home (parent).

The Dean of Students' will work directly with the Head of School and/or Principal on the implementation, management and administration of resources to maintain a healthy, safe school and learning environment for students and staff.

**Requirements**:

- Qualified, successful teacher with minimum of 3 years experience required
- Please note this role offers a standard teaching salary however you will be in a non teaching role. Applicants should be female in line with UAE laws.
