This position is specifically reserved for an Arabic-speaking female to provide culturally relevant support and guidance to our diverse student population. The Campus Life Supervisor will oversee various aspects of campus life, including student activities, housing, and cultural programming, with a focus on promoting inclusivity, diversity, and student well-being.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a primary point of contact and resource for Arabic-speaking female students, providing support, guidance, and mentorship as needed.
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate cultural events, activities, and programs tailored to the needs and interests of Arabic-speaking female students.
- Collaborate with campus departments and student organizations to promote diversity, inclusion, and cross-cultural understanding.
- Oversee student housing operations, including room assignments, roommate mediation, and residential programming.
- Provide assistance and advocacy for students facing personal, academic, or social challenges, connecting them with appropriate resources and support services.
- Develop and implement initiatives to promote student engagement, retention, and success within the Arabic-speaking female student community.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive student matters and information.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Student Affairs, or a related field.
- Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Previous experience working in higher education, student affairs, or related field preferred.
- Understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by Arabic-speaking female students in a university setting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive campus environment for all students.
