**Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) / Sales Manager**

**Industry Focus: Steel Structure Fabrication / Construction**

**Experience Requirement: Industry-specific experience and UAE experience mandatory**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the steel structure fabrication and construction sector.

**Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

**Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

**Market Research**: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform business development strategies.

**Team Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:
**Proven Experience**: Demonstrated success in business development or sales roles within the steel structure fabrication or construction industry.

**UAE Experience**: In-depth knowledge of the UAE market and business practices.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

**Results-Oriented**: Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

**Industry Network**: Established network within the steel structure fabrication and construction sector is a plus.

Ability to commute/relocate:
